Hotel Accommodation
We have reserved a room block for our guests at the host hotel.
To secure your room, please email the hotel directly (events@maisonspariente.com) to make your reservation before November 20th.

Please note:
Bookings made through our room block will include one complimentary night courtesy of the Jhaveri's. The amount will be deducted from your final payment. To ensure the complimentary night, please make sure your reservation is booked within our room block.
After November 20th, the hotel will open to the public, and we will not be able to guarantee room availability at the preferred rate.
Room-block is available from Wednesday September 2nd to Monday September 7th, with a requirement of 4-night minimum stay.

from 40 to 45m², with a living area open onto the bedroom, on garden floor with a view over the garden

Reservation and cancellation policy:
All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card.
In order to confirm the reservation, the hotel will require a 50% prepayment of the total stay per room including tax upon reservation and the remaining balance is due 90 days prior to arrival.
The reservation must be cancelled 90 days prior to arrival day to avoid a fee of the full stay including tax. For any late cancellation, no show or early departure, the total amount of the reservation including tax will be invoiced as late cancellation fees.
Hotel information:
Room Block available from Wednesday September 2nd to Monday September 7th.
Check-in: from 4 pm / Check-out: 12pm.
Should you require an early check-in, the hotel would be delighted to store your luggage while you have access to the spa facilities.
Room Requests:
Two Beds: Can be accommodated, please request directly with the hotel.
Additional guest: One extra bed is available for the Deluxe Junior Suite category with a daily supplement upon request and subject to availability.
Parking:
A parking fee of 35 euros per day will be charged.
